Please be advised that the Savoy is unable to offer refunds once tickets have been purchased. If a show is sold out and we can re-sell unwanted tickets we will do our best to do so. A resale fee of £1 per ticket will be charged in these circumstances
The Savoy has two seating areas – the stalls downstairs and the circle upstairs. Please be careful as to which area you book. We also have three dedicated wheelchair spaces which can only be booked in person or over the phone. Additionally upstairs we have three boxes which accommodate three people each. If you are booking for children’s shows or are accompanied by children, you should avoid booking the front of the circle as the sightlines are awkward for small children (i.e. under 10 year olds).
Food and Drink
The Savoy is fully licensed and you can take drinks into the auditorium to enjoy during he show. The Trust’s policy is to charge reasonable prices and to source as much food and drink as possible from local suppliers. The retailing of alcohol and confectionery is an important part of the Savoy’s business plan and for that reason we ask audiences only to consume food and drink that is sold on the premises.
